I appreciate the speed of the work done for me. I brought my car in at 7:00 and had it home by 4:30 in the afternoon. Completely satisfied with the cost since I didn't file a insurance claim. Your cashier was quick and courteous. Kevin was concerned about getting my car back so that I wouldn't have to rent a car. I appreciate the quality of customer service. One doesn't get that kind of service anywhere. Thank you.

This is not the only Nissan I had repaired at Town East Ford and is completely satisfied with the repairs. I had another one repaired there and was and still am just as satisfied. If there are any others I will need, that's where I'll be going.

the work done on my car was super...Also enjoyed the daily updates via e-mail .car cleaned and shine thnx but one let down my mat frontal passanger side was exchanged mine was new. the one in there now is dirty and old i will have to replace it.please hope you do not have a bad apple! otherwise . thank you for the work well done
