Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. I felt Rick made sure that everything was fixed properly. My only complaint is I was receiving regular updates via email the first week and then they just stopped. As I approach the day that my car was scheduled to be ready I had not gotten another email letting me know that the completion date had changed. So I called expecting to be told it was ready or would be the following day, instead I was told it was still a week out.
