Our Nissan Altima was repaired in a timely manner and looks like a brand new car! We were given regular updates on the status of the repairs, which was very convenient for me, and the job was complete on the date they originally stated. It has been a great experience for me, and I will be recommending Town East Ford to others who might need work done on their cars. The whole staff was nice, and the gentleman who worked with me (David?) was super friendly and took superior care of me AND MY CAR! I'm so grateful for the job done by Town East Ford!!

David's, USSA rep, customer service was extremely thorough during the repair process. The first time I came by he informed me of what USSA had done; which was cancelling my appointment by saying I was going to go through my insurance. USSA had also cancelled my rental car in which I had confirmation with Enterprise as well. But, even knowing all that, David went ahead and took all the photographs necessary to complete the job. I did have to come back at a later date. Due to a needed conversation with USSA Insurance Co. In which they lied and said they never cancelled my appointments. I was able to return to Town East Body Shop and David got all the repairs done. He followed up with me and let me know what was happening. Then, I received a call at 5:30 telling me the car was ready and washed. Since they close at 6:00 I wasn't going to be able to make it that evening to pick up my car. So, we both agreed on Saturday to pick up my finished car. Your team did an excellent job.

The stripping at the bottom of the windshield is torn up. It wasn't that way when we dropped it off. The rest of my service was great.
