David McDermott is amazing! He goes above and beyond his J-o-b to make sure everything is done top notch! He is thorough with inspection before and after. I couldn't ask for a better customer care coordinator. I have had to go in twice for the same vehichle for two different claims and he never let me down! His dedication is a rarity and definitely appreciated. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude and satisfaction for his care of my vehicle. He shows genuine care and concern for his customers. In my opinion whatever he is making should be more because these type of employees or even human beings are hard to find and one in a million.
