Car was in there for less than a week. The entire team did a great job getting my new set of wheels. I like the auto updates that get emailed to me that updates me on my work order. I had some work done at Sam Packs in lewisvile, and they didn't have this system. I had to keep calling to get updated on my car. Town east did a phenomenal job. Kudos

From the beginning, I was spoken to with respect and thoroughly explained the process in which my vehicle would be taken through. I received multiple messages on the progress of my vehicle informing me of her status. Upon pick up, I again was treated with upmost respect and met again with David, whom was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He walked around my vehicle with me reiterating what had been repaired, and it looked as if there had been no accident.
The team and David who worked on my Honda Civic did an incredible job on my vehicle. If I ever have any future accidents on any of my vehicles I will bE sure to ask for them personally.
