My truck does not look the same and it does not match. Apparently decisions were made without my consent. The front bumper was supposed to be painted, just like the original, but instead I got a bumper that is just painted halfway. Really disappointed.

I didn't mind that it took longer than the original estimated repair time given. However changing it 6 minutes before that original time to 3 days later was rude. It should have been known the night before that it would not be ready and I wouldn't have made arrangements to be there.
