MUCH faster than was anticipated or estimated by the tech guy. Not sure how the hell he found replacement parts so fast, but it really sped up the time to fix my car.

9-19-15 They mentioned a check engine light that came on at the end of the repair..the date of completion(9-18-15) is when they said the light came on(check engine), and there had never been a check engine light on even after the collision. But when we picked the car up two hours after the man said the light was on. But so far it has not came on again.

All steps in the process were executed exceptionally by the team. I really appreciated the texts updates about the progression of my cars work. The little details were great like complimentary water, pick up and drop off, all these things really made a huge difference. Great team!!!!

I was informed everyday as to how far along my car was as well as given a date of 8/28/2015. My car was completed one day early. When I received my car it was very clean inside and out, much nicer than when I brought it in. Ford checked out all aspects of my car from the battery to body damage and everything was taken care of that needed to be. Wonderful experience from beginning to end and I will highly recommend Town East Ford to all my friends and family. Thank you for such s flawless experience!!
