Town East Ford Collision Center

Paint quality is terrible. There is trash clear coated in, scratches that were not there before the "repair", and a huge paint sag. I'll be back to get this corrected.

I feel like it took a long time though. Other than that it was fine.

Thanks for going the extra mile on my repair and completely satisfying me with the whole process. I hopefully will never have to use you again but if I do, I will be back and I would refer others I know to your service and repair departments. Thanks Ford for the great people that took care of my problems.

David was wonderful and kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. The receptionist was so polite and helpful every time I had to speak to her. The repairs on my car look fantastic and were completed very quickly. Thanks for taking care of my car!

There was some delay, because of the wheather, but I was told about the delay, and when to expect when the truck was going to be ready, I was completely satisfied about the work and will let family and friends know about the work done in the truck, thanks, Billy and Town East Ford!

They were very professional and courteous my daughter had her car repaired there several months ago and that's why I chose town east ford and I have a Mazda which isnt a Ford they did a beautiful job and my car was in there twice in two months due to accidents caused by someone else I think the first car was 8000 of damages and several thousand on the second Davidwas my contact person there and he deserves a raise I had a very hard time trying to find time to get my car in and pick it up due to starting a new job and having two accidents and he was always helpful and even started my car so it was warm when I got in it. I always showed up at last minute But everyone was still making sure all was done correctly both receceptioniats were helpful and nice the main one that answered phone last night and the one that works in service. It was a very difficult time for me in fact in two months I only had my car less than a week and had 2 rentals due to the two accidents I also think it's great that you have enterprise rental beside the serviceand they were very friendly and helpful in that office also I have recommended Town East Ford for service to anyone and will continue to do so I don't think a lot of people know that you can take your car thereeven if it's not a ford and you will be more satisfied than taking it anywhere else in case my daughter didn't write a comment yet on hers a few months ago you can make this one comment for three auto collision repair visits with major damage. Mine was in there twice and my daughters once and she had a Chevy truck that came out prettier then when she bought the truck after David had fixed it so I think you have a very good team there I know the auto mechanics do very good work I think they all deserve a raise and please keep the same team in place but hopefully I will not need the auto collision repair againI usually don't take the time for comments but I was very please and again they really made a very bad experience Pleasant and my car looks great and runs great thank you very much
