They made it as convenient as is possible in these situations. I so appreciate that they not only repaired the car, but were able to get it to maintenance and back for an oil change and safety inspection. This saved so much time in all of this hassle. The repair is beautiful - I'm pretty sure it looks better than before it was hit! Thank you so much for all that you do.

My trucks out there for more than 5 days without even being looked at, that was my first issue. The second they cut a hole in my hood and took the bumper off and the front grill before the insurance company said they were going to pay to have work done on it. Thirdly after leaving it for another weekend so total of 10 days they still were not able to get the bumper and the grill back on. It took me and my father 30 maybe 40 minutes when we got home to put it back on. I found the overall communication unsatisfactory the time unprofessional in the fact that I was lied to that it can get the bumper back on very frustrating.
