Found update texts initiated by Van helpful - however wished the repair took less time than it did - appreciated Van employer Joe worked with my schedule for pick-up as it exceeded business hours

Receptionist didn't have very good communication skills. I felt disrespected as she kept looking at my boyfriend instead of both of us, even when we weren't talking to her. They told us the truck would be done within a week but it took two weeks and we had to call multiple times to get updates. We called on November 3rd and the receptionist told us the truck would be done that day but didn't have any confirmation saying that it actually would be. We asked for the recall to be taken care of since it was already there. We were told it would be done in the morning. We called and was told it would be done at noon. At 12:30 we got no phone call so we called again and was told that it would be ready at ****.
