DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE communication with customers. I came in to repair a dent that happened in an accident and while I was there asked to have some scratches quoted. They called me saying the repairs for both would be 516.65 and when I asked just for the dent in the door(which was being covered by insurance) they said 353.29. So I figured 163.36 wasn't bad for the scratches and said go ahead with both. I call again to find out if the car can be picked up (by the way they said they'd call as soon as it was done and never did) and they tell me the total cost of repairs is going to be 1037.02....more than double what I thought. Some idiot then tries to tell me that the price she quoted was only for the scratches and the dent was separate. However nobody ever called me with a quote about the dent. Never will I use their services again.
