your texting service is convenient... until it went silent on the estimated pickup day and I had to call in to find out status.
also my "hybrid" metal decal and driver-door rubber liner were not affixed so I'll have to bring the car in again next week for that.

The work done was excellent. My only frustration was with the time estimate to complete. 3 days was the estimate, but it actually took 6 days. Had I known that I might have arranged to rent a car.

After picking up my vehicle, I needed to rush home and get ready for work! The following day I searched my car and several items missing from my car. However, I did sign a waiver agreeing to remove valuables from the car because Golden West isn't held responsible. A jacket, two pillows inside a pillow case and a monogram towel those things I didn't consider to be valuable but they were my things. I don't take anything from anyone and would expect for no one to take anything from me! This is completely unacceptable and I'm **** mad! Those were my things I paid for.

The repair service was great. I had some issues about booking the replacement rental car through golden west, with back and forth calls with the insurance company. It would be great if you could smooth out that process as well.
