Usually everytime I have picked up a car from other body shops I get the car back with a full detail this time the car seemed dirtier than when it was dropped off there were pens and papers left in the front seat. Compartments in the front of the car were opened that had nothing to do with the repairs being done. When asked why the car was dirty the reply I got was "we don't have the man power to detail cars"

The Golden West QC missed an issue I saw when I did my inspection and they were able to get it fixed before I took the car. I was also getting almost daily updates but on this last day where I was scheduled to pick up, I didn't get any email and had to call to find out if the car would be ready.
Otherwise, experience was good.
