The only thing was the time estimation, which I understood was not Golden West Collision fault. It took 4-5 business days to receive new window from Mazda and overall it took me a week to get my car broken window fixed. But I'm happy since they communicated it very well and service quality is good too.

The work and interface were excellent.
But, Tuesday morning the website said it was scheduled to be ready Thursday. I phoned to confirm and was told the same thing. An hour later, after I put gas in the car for a trip I was called and told the car was ready now.
