I found a crack on the windshield, I told the guy who went through the process in the time of delivery, he is not very helpful . He reluctantly wrote a notice on the paper, but I insisted, he wrote it down. I didn't blame anyone yet, he showed some bad attitude, and I don't think he is very easy to communicate. Before I think it's was a good experience, but final delivery process is not professional and unpleasant

Repair was delayed by 10 days When it was delivered , there was a dent on the hood . Had to bring back the car for foxing that Never get a call back when they promise they will call back. Very poor customer communication

The primary repair was very good. Henry was excellent. I had some secondary scratches that I asked to be repaired. They tried to buff out but they said they couldn't If I was given the option, I would have paid extra to have a few of the marks painted while the car was there.

Car was not completely repaired upon pick-up. Wasted 3 hours of my time, had to leave my car @ GW Collision, continue using a rental car due to this problem. My car has been at Golden West for 7 days now for minor repairs & still isn't done. Inconvenient and very frustrating to say the least.

After I picked the car, I noticed there was a plastic cover piece sitting in my center console. I figured out it was a cover to part of my backseat and I put it back on myself. Also, the interior of my car was not cleaned properly as there was a lot of dust still needing to be wiped away.

I was happy with the support golden west collision repair gave me in the end. At first when I went to go pick up the car there was a issue that they missed. To make up for it they got the issue taken care of in 24 hours and dropped the car off to me as work so I did not have loose the time driving back to them. All looks good now.

In Summary, Work performed at Golden West was not quality work, service was not good and it took longer than initially estimated to finish the repairs. Since day one, the service I received was lacking. when I finally was contacted to pick up my car, same day after I received an email that car should be ready 2 days later. I go to pick it up and there is new damage on the hood next to the fender that was replaced. Initially the Rep suggested that this was pre-existing damage 9which should have been covered by the claim? he suggested to check the photos after which he came back to say that damage was not there, it happened during Fender repairs... also, New Fender installed, was not flush with the door, he suggested to keep car there for another day to fix these issues... Long story shorter, car was kept for 3 more days... Also, when I first brought the car in, the Golden West Rep promised to send me a separate estimate for other damage on the car, he suggested that costs should be around 400-500. Few day later, I had to contact him to remind him about the estimate. On the second call to remind him to send an estimate, he sent an email with over a 900 in costs. Keep in mind that most of the surrounding parts have been removed, as such the estimate should not be as much as most of the work was covered by other repairs. I should have insisted on getting estimates before they started the work, in which case I would have taken the car else where for repairs.

The right parking light on the damage side is not working. I will call Monday to get a time to bring in my car. I will not be renting a car and will wait.
