My experience was amazing, but after getting txt messages the whole week at 9 am. I was scheduled to get my car back on Friday. 4 pm on Friday & I had not been contacted. I had to call you. I was told you had to still do an inspection & I may or may not get a call. After being on hold I know you strive for complete satisfaction & that is the only reason I wanted to make you aware of my issue. I will recommend you very highly. PS Also my keyless entry stopped two days into my rental. I know this is on Enterprise, but is part of my experience.
