I had left the car on Dec. 12 and I was told it will be ready by Jan. 3, when I return from India. I had been getting emails giving the update, it will be ready by Dec. 29th. IWhen, I did not hear from Golden West, I called up 4 times on Friday Jan 5th, to talk to Henry or for him to return my voice message form morning. Finally he called in the AN and gave me 5 o clock time to pick up my car. When I reached there at 5 pm taking uber, he asked me for the check from insurance. When I said, I got it before going for India trip and I will find it somwhere in my home and return tomorrow,He raised his voice and the tone, " I can not let you take the car." Itzy, the front desk lady joined him in the power statement. I experienced extreme hostility and disrespect in their words. Despite the fact I had said that I will bring it in the next day. I had tears rolling down my eyes and water through the nose surrounded by humiliation. All employees (3) surrounding me were laughing, as if mocking me. They only let me take the car, by depositing the check of insurance check amount about $2,000. When I said I wish to talk to Joe, Henry said, go ahead call him from your phone, if you have his number, I will not give his number to you for he is away on vacation . I just left feeling humiliating. I still have the back wiper hanging in and circulating at 360 when turned on. There was no issue with that when I dropped the car. I will be there at **** pm on this Tuesday (****/9). I hope to meet someone responsible to act and speak.

Excellent customer service and a car that looks like new! I really appreciated the way way they took time to explain things, and sometimes more than once. I never dealt with anyone that wasn’t courteous and considerate. I would have no problem recommending them to others and/or returning if it should ever be necessary again. I love how the daily updates kept me informed at all stages of my car’s repair. They really made everything so much easier and really went out of their way to do so.
