The repair to my vehicle was done very well. However, I'm a bit confused and disappointed with the "cleaning" done on the interior of my car. My car was very clean at drop off and did not need any work. Though I understand that it may get dirty during the repair process, I'm confused by the work performed. The car wasn't vacuumed very well as there was a lot of dirt on the front seats. The driver side mat was extremely muddied yet there was a paper mat laid on top that I had to discard upon pick up of my car. There was this highly glossy yet extremely greasy substance spread all over just the driver side of the car (seat and console) that seemed like a poor attempt at a mock detail of just ****/4 of the interior. If I would've known this was part of the service, I certainly would have declined. I would've raised this issue with the person that did my final walk through but he did not seem interested in my concerns when I pointed a few things out on the exterior and was quick to walk back inside.

Work and relationship were superb; albeit the job took nearly two weeks to complete. That's probably why I had to wait nearly a month for the opportunity. I also like the fact that my insurance, GEICO, the body shop and car rental agency were all housed at the same locale; so the bureaucratic hassle was kept to a minimum. BTW: I had left my iPhone 6 Plus in my returned rental which was recovered for my pick up...a huge relief.

The repair work was great, however how you handled the delivery expectation wasn't very professional. When I dropped the car off on Wednesday, the representative said that it was possible that the car would be ready on Friday even though a delivery date of Monday was committed. I did plan on Monday after that Monday morning I received a text saying it would be ready. I only found out at 3pm that afternoon it wouldn't be ready. They said they would make an effort to finish on Tuesday, but Wednesday was the commit. I really don't understand why it would be so difficult to simply reprint a front bumper on a commuter shedule. It appears that my job was simply reprioritized.

****) Do not alert that the car is finished when it isn't. 2) Attention to detail. Picking up car had scratches on new parts, missing/broken pieces, tapes, excessive detailing oil made interior oily & sticky…

Your service was impeccable. I especially appreciated that they were able to finish the repair a few hours earlier than originally scheduled. Thank you for that. Now! There are far, FAR TOO MANY of these kinds of surveys! They are extremely intrusive and annoying. I'd suggest NOT routinely sending them out to customers. Maybe you should ask the customer at the outset if they'd be interested in taking your survey? Just a thought...
