The initial estimate experience was superb. And the repair was done quite well. What was frustrating is that the repair took much longer than expected Karen and was an extremely simple repair) and I never got updates. I was first told it would be ready by Friday. I never heard anything. I called on Monday. Several hours later I was told it would be done by the end of the day Monday. I never heard to the contrary. I then called Wednesday morning only to be told That it likely would be ready by Wednesday mid day. I finally got a call on Wednesday. It would've been very easy to give me an update Friday that the car would not be ready as planned and also on Monday after I got a text that specifically said it would be done on Monday. This is a simple communications issue which should not be hard to fix.

Overall satisfaction was good. Only issue I had was that the timing of the repair work completion happened while I was on a business trip. I had forewarned aceseople that I would be out of town when the repair was completed. Apparently the message didn't get sent along because twice I got notified that my car was ready for pickup. Each time I had to let someone know that I was out of to n. Other than that, everything else was fine. Good body wrk.

- Will bring vehicle back for bumper adjustment and wash
- vehicle seemed to be sprayed with gooey materials all over and didn't seemed to be washed properly.
