They set the standard for how a car repair experience should be handled. My car was available at the exact time they committed to on the claim. Very unhappy that the automatic tailgate sensor stopped working. Now I have to come back because I was told that "no technicians work on Saturday. I question the attention to detail because of this. They also screwed on my license plate cover upside down and even though the person checking me out said it would take two minutes to fix, he didn't offer to at least turn my license plate right side up. No way I would give 5 stars for this subpar service.
