My overall experience with Golden West was good. The staff is very nice and friendly. Their quality of service is great. However, their lack of communication has plenty of room for improvement. The few times I called to find out the status of my vehicle I was constantly told "have we called you" "oh there was a delay" sorry but nobody ever called me to let me know any updates. Had I not called to ask I would've never found out any information. I had to keep extending my rental because I kept getting different finish dates. overall I did have a good experience and the shop is high class. Just please improve your lines of communication with your customers.

Not a big deal, but communication at the very end was spotty - car was supppsed to be ready Friday afternoon but I stopped getting text messages after Thursday afternoon and had to keep calling Friday then Saturday then Monday to discover status - ultimately was ready Monday after 4. Not a big problem, still happy to give you a five in survey, but would have been nice to have updates.

My car was delivered a week late. During the week delay there was no intimation to me about the status of the car.
When I drove out with my car, my tires were ripped by two blades in the tire.

I would like to first say that I think the job was done well. But I also don't think that these items I am bringing up is difficult to achieve.
****) Newly replaced back tail light had a scratch on it when I picked up my car. What was I supposed to do when I picked up my car, ask for a new light and wait another week, while paying for another week's car rental. No win situation. So I just have accept the a scratch on a supposedly brand new tail light.
2) Have the car cleaned up from all of the grease and grim from the repair. My steering wheel, inside door handles, driver's side seat were filthy. Glue drippings on the seat and the car smell like it's been in the paint shop too long and soaked up all the VOCs.
Small things I think can be easily implemented that will improve customer satisfaction greatly. Overall, good job. With the two suggestions above, will make it a great job.

It did take six working days for my work to be finished which seemed a little long for the size of my job but your shop had a full schedule so that is probably reasonable.
