Nationwide insurance is terrible! They were very hard to contact once they knew they had to help me more than the bare minimum. My agent from Horace Mann as well as Wendy had to call and bug them repeatedly. Thank you for your help!

I would like to thank everyone involved with the repair of my truck. I was very pleased with the end result. All the staff made a very frustrating experience (my accident) as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would especially like to thank Wendy and Debbie for their pleasant and curteous approach to their jobs.
