It may not have been your fault, but because the repairs took an extra week beyond my insurance coverage, it did cost me extra. The work appears to be well done, and the car looked like new when I picked it up.

The only thing that could have been better was a call instead of an email when my car was done. Either would have worked, but I was told I'd get a call so I was not watching email and almost didn't get the message. Just a minor glitch in an otherwise good experience.
