Your company was very helpful the minute that I walked through the door. The lady who helped me let me know right away that I shouldn't be driving my vehicle and showed me how dangerous it would have been to continue driving the vehicle until it could be repaired. Your company was in touch with me throughout the process and the car looks great! I would definitely use your company again should I need to have any body work done. Attention might be made to improve the time frame needed to accomplish the repairs. The car was dropped off on Dec. 24 and finished on Jan. 15. 13 working days just seemed a bit long for a car that was still drivable. Outstanding job on the repaires though. Kathy is a great asset in the company.

The service on the car looks great, but the customer service was not very good. You missed the delivery date and I had a very hard time getting a call back about any type of estimated completion date. In one day I had to call 3 times and even drop by to get the delivery date and even then no one could tell me anything clearer than "maybe **** - 3 days". Makes it very hard to plan rental cars like that. Not sure I would return to JR's for that reason. Many shops can do the same quality service and might have better customer service too.
