The adjuster was prompt and very friendly, the respectionist made you feel welcome the minute you walked through the door and the waiting room was inviting and comfortable. The repairs to my vehicle were completed on time and looked great!!

I wanted to return the Escape to have it checked for a terrible rumbling and rattling noise up front. I think that it was the fan assembly hitting the guard or something like that. However, we traded the car in last weekend but the rattle didn't help the trade in value. We weren't happy with this problem, but I would say overall we were pleased with the work and the helpful employees at JR's.
