I just wanted to add that some people don't really worry about the finished CAR, They just see a job done. "CAR Lovers" however want to see a vehicle RESTORED to its former beauty. I looked at my car, and saw PERFECTION AGAIN! Thank YOU ALL, one more time!

My first impression of JRs was a positive one with the very pleasant lady at the front door as I entered the facility. Cathy was professional as well as personal throughout the total process. Great business skills concerning your services being performed on my vehicle as well as pleasant casual conversation to put one at ease. I was kept informed throughout the process and very pleased with the whole experience. I picked my car up at 4:30 on Thursay and Friday at Noon the car was chugging, check engine light came on, some vsi light came on and the car was in perfect condition when we left it with you. It had just been totally serviced and fixed to perfection before you received it.
