Awesome! I brought my crashed Mercedes to this facility for repair. All the staff was friendly, informed and patient with all my questions . It was my first accident and didn't know exactly how the process worked. I was walked through the steps of the repair and the estimate was explained in detail. A rental car was arranged and waiting for me when I dropped my car off. My car took more than a week to fix but I am so happy with the results. My baby is back in one piece and looks perfect. Many thanks to Rick and Ben and staff for their careful attention to my car. I will always recommend Key Autobody.

Key Collision did not honor their original estimate, they padded the cost and then didn't do all the work that was promised. Instead of addressing the issue, they gave me the employee shuffle. If given the chance, I will steer all away from Key Collision. Not an honorable company.
