3 big dents after they try to give it back to us and the running board wasn't replaced as it has a big dent in it and black marks from the crash. Unprofessional people on your staff and lack of communication because I shouldn't be getting this survey when you still have my truck!

I was thankful that John the service coordinator was trying to get things done as soon as possible but at the end it cost me almost a 1000.00 for rental fees because my car want ready until 32 days after dropping it off. Financially it cost my more than expected. Happy with car to a point but there are a few things I have to bring to Linsay attention especially a shortage with my right fog light which comes from them pulling my bumper.

We are very pleased with the service we receive from Lindsey. We have had a few cars here for repairs and are very happy with the service and the results. We are informed during every step of the way until our vehicle is ready for pick up...so there is no need to call and ask for updates.
