"Completely satisfied" implies to me a level of service that leaves no room for improvement. Your service was very good and did indeed result in a fully satisfactory repair, but to get my car back when I was promised it required me to indicate my dissatisfaction with any delay (my schedule required that I get the car when promised) and apparently the facility staff person I dealt with had to personally go above and beyond the normal call of duty. She did, and for this reason I was ultimately satisfied. But an even better level of service would not have necessitated such steps in the first place.

At first I was happy. When I recently made a 300 mile trip, I noticed the left rear corner of the rear bumper cowl was moving out of position. It was about ****/2 inch out of flush. I am in West Virginia now and will be here until mid June. I would like to get it fixed, must be a fastener or 2 missing. The panel moves out a little further even in short drives. Luther S

If the work people taking care of a car need to change the seat, the side mirror, and the radio, it would be nice if all of these could be returned to their original setting or positions. All of these were changed on my car and had o be readjusted by me. However, I said completely satisfied because this was such a minor issue. Thank you.

My experience was terrible, first of all your customer service ****,i was the one who was hit, from the beginning i had to get on your schedule, it took me forever to get an appointment, second i had to leave my son's birthday party to bring back the car, i asked Roxana ,she was the one who talked to me, she was very rude, her reply to me about keeping the car because i could not get it there when she called, was if you want to keep the another day, you can call them, then she says to me, you need to call us to let us know when you will be coming, i am the customer, i deserve some respect, she treated me as if she was doing me a favor, not just that when i got there, i got to the desk and and she looks at me as if to say, i know your not giving me a problem, then she says to me after i tried to give her the key, take that to entreprise, finally, after i had to come back to the desk, she could not find anyone to help inspect the car, then she and a Spanish lady, stood there making gestures to each other in the window, while my back was turned like i could not see them, please believe me when i say, this is the worst customer service experience i have ever had, i will not have anything good to say about, your rude, prejudice, employees

Lindsay provided the best customer service experience I have encountered in awhile. The facility is top-notch and makes the process extremely convenient because of the insurance agencies located on-site. At every point throughout the claims and repair process everyone was so professional and courteous. I could not have asked for more!
