Completion date was extended twice, I understand the delay was due to late parts delivery. I was not notified that the completion date would not be met until I called on the completion date to ask, so I feel like the communication could have been better. There was some sticky adhesive still on the car near the repair area, I asked the guy that brought the car out if he could clean it off. He cleaned most of it off with laquer thinner. The repair work looks like it was done really well, so that's the important part. Overall I am satisfied, but it could've been better.

I recd several texts advising as to when my car would be ready. Unfortunately the texts did not match what the service person was telling me. The texts are not beneficial if they do not provide accurate info.

The customer service adjustor, Kara, just didn't care enough to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired. She basically blamed USAA despite USAA stating that Lindsay would not confirm the door lock problem was caused by the accident. Even there person checking me out a day after it was promised was very surprised my door looking system on one door was not covered, especially since it's an electrical issue. Extremely disappointed and will tell others not to use Lindsay Collision.

At drop-off, the receptionist was very friendly and quickly got me signed in. The estimate was quick, thorough, and professionally done by Johan Ponsen. During repairs, I was kept frequently informed of the progress through standardized e-mails and individual voice messages from Johan. I am grateful that Lindsay Collision had such a great team working on my car. My car looks fantastic.Thank you.
