Justin did a great job from intake to return. Answered all questions and responded promptly to my text. The Enterprise rental folks were equally focused on superior customer service. I will certainly return in the future if necessary. Thank you all.

Car had sticky matter on it. Don't know what it is. Car should have been given back like it was without such matter. Not saying it needed to be washed. For the next person, please make sure sticky matter not left on their car.

My car was not ready when I was told it would be. The day before it was supposed to be ready I received a text that said it would be ready. It wasn't. In addition Every time I went down to Lindsey and I got the feeling that no one had any idea how I had ever been there before. When I went down to drop my car off I was asked to fill-in another form despite the fact I had confirmation with one of your representatives the day before it would be fine to drop the car off. it just wasn't as smooth and experience as I hoped it would be.

Love having Izzy, my contact there helping me out. Felt very taken care of. She is really responsive. One problem, when I picked up the car on Sat morning the person was great about telling me what was fixed and checking it out with me, but when I took the car I noticed that one tire was very low, so I asked the person helping me if they could fill up the tire and he said I needed to wait. I couldn't wait as I had another appointment. In the future if a car has been sitting at your place for two weeks you really should check the tire pressure before returning the car. Now I have to go and find a place to do it.

It was a great experiance; from begining to end. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The only hiccup was that it was projected that my car would be back in 3-4 days. I purchased extra insurance for the rental; thinking its only 4 days. The extra time it took to do a fabulous repair job cost me 4 days more of extra insurance. (Not a big deal)
