My car looks better then it did before the accident. Great job! Five stars all the way. I was actually thinking about getting a new car this summer but Lindsay did such a great job I think I'll keep it a little while longer.

I'm not happy with the repairs. The bumper is not installed properly the bumper corners don't go flat with the fenders. The mudguard on the driver side was not install. The driver side fender was not fix properly, you can see the bumper corner was force to put together. I'm going to bring the car back. I hope someone get in contact with me.

Last year, our 2015 rx 350 was hit at work and I bought in for repairs and Kara , at that time was the USAA service advisor, she was outstanding from the beginning to end of our experience with Lindsey Collision Center. This time around it was the same out come for my 2016 ex 350, both of our cars are white. The text update is awesome, you are a truly caring organization. Please tell ALL of your employees, I said thank you and keep up their EXCELLENT WORK.

Besides the fact that in 7 years I have never had a mechanical issue with my Lexus, the great service from the great waiting rooms to the text updates on the status of repairs will keep me a repeat customer. Please keep up the great work.

Before dropping my car off for service the interior and exterior was detailed. When I picked my vehicle up the interior was dusty and the lower trim had oily spots. The outside was also dusty. The repair itself was done well and V was a pleasure to work with. If my car would have been as clean as when I had dropped it off, this would have been a perfect experience.

Worst service ever. They lost my car and took more than two hour to find my car. Very not professional. Lindsay lexus service center took my car and nobody knew that they took my car. Never want to go back lindsay collision center again. Willing to tell people who want to bring their car to the collision center. Iw was worst choice I ever made.
