Absolutely loved the whole experience with Lindsay Collision Center. The staff were a delight to work with! Everyone helped to make things a little brighter in my situation. The convenience of a one stop shop (insurance estimators & car rental) made things so easy, and saved me a lot of time/energy! My car looks almost new again!! Thank You, Diane M. Sill

I had a very good experience dropping the car off to be repaired, picking up the rental and great regular updates from the Lindsay representative letting me know when my car was ready to be picked up. However, it took more than 45minutes for the car to be ready for me once I arrived the morning of my scheduled pick up date. I was told my car needed to be washed and that's why it took so long. This is too long to wait for a car that was supposedly ready for pickup the day before I actually went to get the car. I would expect the car to be waiting in the garage when I pull up if you're actually done fixing it. Luckily I did not have my kids with me when I picked it up. Other than the very long wait on my pickup day, I was satisfied at Lindsay but not sure I'd recommend you to family, friends, coworkers.
