Kara is the best and a wonderful representative to Lindsey!! I felt like I was truly a part of the collision team. I knew what was going on every step of the way. This was my first time using them & I would go back if needed. Enterprise rental car was super!! I had a very wonderful 1st experience.

The representative were great! The major damage is fixed and paint job is amazing, but they forgot to repaint the driver's side view mirror cover. I emphasized that when i picked the car to the representative, and she promised that i will hear from her the next day. Guess what! I am still waiting for that call.

Impressed by how well Geico, Enterprise, and Lindsay worked so well together. Other strengths were the effeciency and courtesy with which staff worked, their communication with me and the timeliness and quality of the repair work. Last but not least was offering me a 2015 BMW while my BMW was in the shop.

Only complaint was that the car was dirty when we went to pick it up. It took a long time for them to bring it up anyway, and then we had to wait even longer for them to wash it. We spent more than a half hour total waiting to pick up the car. Seemed excessive.
