Top notch facility! It looked more like a Lexus dealership than a body shop. In fact, it looked nothing like the customary body shop. Thanks to Tim Doyle and his crew. I was impressed with every facet of the operation. From being met by a friendly valet, through reception, meeting Tim and the team that was performing the estimate and overseeing the repair, convenient rental car and Insurance reps onsite, timely updates, all the way through to final delivery (in a dry, temperature controlled environment, too). Everyone did an exceptional job! Please give them my thanks!

Rebecca and Devon were amazing! My car looks like new and everything was done in the time and for slightly less than the estimate. I tried Pohanka, never again, the customer service and efficiency at Lindsay makes it well worth the longer drive.

I live out if town and I was worried how I would get my car fix in a town I wasn't familiar with. But Lexus came through with Lindsay Collision Center. They fixed my car in less time then they originally planned. My car was ready a day earlier and they cleaned the inside of my car leaving fresh and clean. The team did a great job and the progress reports via text messaging was a nice touch. Very professional. Will highly recommend.

Work quality performed was sloppy, and not properly accomplished with the quality it required. Let me highlight the fact that the inside of my vehicle was completely covered with dust from when I assumed they buffed the paint, and black marks on my rear seat from when they placed parts on top with no cover. My daughter Isabella has asthma, and that dust was ALL surfaces inside the vehicle. Why return a car in that manner?
