I was very satisfied with hiw everything went with Lindsay Collision, although I was not happy to know that maybe my lights were left on or my car door open which caused my SUV to need a jump while in your possession. And the other thing about this was that no one explained that this occurred until I drove off and noticed that I needed to reset my radio and navi which meant something went wrong with my battery, which I stated above. The gentleman John who came out to talk to me about my vehicle said that I should check about a draw on my battery and I explained to him the battery was brand new. So I took straight back to Acura who in turn said there was no draw on my battery and that something else could have occured there So with this said it makes me skeptical about using Lindsay again.

An egg-crate box in the trunk containing flashlights, first-aid kit, blankets, etc. was missing when I picked the car up today 10/7. However, I give Justin the highest points possible for his handling of the repair work....he kept me informed continuously during the repair process for which I was grateful. The repairs look great!!!
