One would think that you'll have some sort of inspection process before turning over a car back to the owner to make sure everything was done properly. Our experience this time is less than stellar all because of multiple things that were not properly done, missing plastic floor cover, couldn't move our passenger seats due to improperly installed pieces, gas cap has missing parts, trunk door not working properly, etc. Too many to mention. Service not as impressive as before.

Mr. Justin Davis was assigned to coordinate the repairs on my Honda. He was extremely helpful and kept me advised on the progress several times while the Honda was at Lindsay Collision Center. I had a few concerns during the repair process and he successfully explained the process involved and made the changes. I was impressed with the way he kept me informed. I would recommend Mr. Davis to my friends if they needed repairs at Lindsey Collision Center.

Patricia was exceptional, communicated well, & was very attentive to my concerns. Very pleased with my experience. I picked up my vehicle late today, so I've only driven it from the shop to home. I noticed a very strong odor (like burning oil or brakes), but didn't see any obvious problems. As we drive it the next couple of days, we'll remain sensitive to the smell & return if it appears to be an issue. The smell may be from a cleaning product used.
