The work wasn't messy. It was done I a timely manor and I was informed every step of the way. They did accidentally remove a cap from my trunk but they offered to order me a new one and mail it to me.

You are the best and I will highly recommend you to anyone that I know in need of services. Think I met Devon & Rebecca 1st and they greeted me very warmly and assured me that I was in good hands. Then I met with Chelsea (I think? Enterprise) and that was the easiest rental car experience process I'd ever experienced. The day I picked up the car, the Quality Control guy, I don't remember his name but I promised him I would take the survey and mention how pleased I was with the overall experience (so please look up his name for me) and give him the accolades he deserves for wrapping all this up. Thank you Lindsay, GEICO & Enterprise for making my 1st "hit & run" experience, end pleasant and peaceful. The professionalism and satisfaction that I received can not be compared, all I can say again is 'THANK YOU"!

I like the idea that they kept me informed on the progress of my repairs each day by sending a text message in addition to my advisor calling with updates. My car looked exactly as it did before the accident. The repairs were flawless.

Each time I came Lindsay take very good care of me! Satisfaction guaranteed this is the place u would want to be if u have a collision if it's fixable they will take care of u if it's not repairable they will let u know! They don't waist time getting the job done!
