Told truck would be ready at 4PM on Wednesday. Made plans with rental car company as well as family/friends for a trip outside Houston. Was not told about delay until 4PM Wednesday. Completely disappointed by lack of communication. Most likely will use different avenue next time.

I would like to see the one day enterprise rental charge voided.. I was notified after 4pm on the 2nd day that my vehicle was ready when the initial estimate was 5 to 7 buainess days..
