I was confused as to which date we could pick up the car. Everything was on time until the last day where there seemed to be a delay that was not communicated very well and ended up pushing the pickup back for a few more days. I understand that delays happen, I just wish I could have known more about it earlier and there could have been a better/more clear date set to pick up the car.

I was told the work would be completed in two days. It took four days. I asked if they needed GG to my truck bed for the repairs and they said no. I received a call the next day and had to make a special trip to bring the key back because they needed it.

Joan was polite and helpful even when I was irritated from the accident I had. Michelle, the admin a the front desk was always so helpful and enthusiastic when I called. She always referred to my traverse as my baby, because that is what I called about it. The repair work looks great. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I will be taking it to Uptown Collision.
