There is paint splatter on the drivers side door from your shop. Now I have to make another trip to have this repaired when it should have been seen by your crew.

Great job, exceeded expectations, finished 5-7 day estimate in 4 days. Much appreciated. Only negative was that first loaner car had lit check engine light and second one had lit Maintenance required light.

Need to bring the vehicle back in to have the driver door window fixed. It is misaligned and not sealing correctly.

I have gotten many compliments on how my car turned out. Like they (you) did a fantastic job or "you should have hit the building a long time ago your car looks like new",,... and a few also saying it looks like new. Really the only problem was the amount of time it took we were told it would be done in a day and granted they had to wait for the bumper but it took a week. At first we were promised it would be done by Monday and then didn't hear anything on Monday . Tuesday they said oh we would be done possibly by the end of the day and didn't hear anything until it was finally finished on Thursday The quality of the work was good the paint job on the bumper looks really good. I appreciated that they gave my daughter a car to drive while they had her's. So really my only complaint would be the length of time.
