Everything was fine, but I would suggest better signage directing people to check in inside. I, along with several other customers, was sitting in my car where it says estimates and drop off waiting for further instructions. At least two employees saw me and the other customers waiting in our cars and did not direct us to check in. After checking in, I felt that the person taking care of me could have been a little more friendly about the mix-up. After that whole ordeal though, I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. Thanks!

I was very well pleased with the work. There were little hard white globs of some substance on the left rear door that were difficult to scrape off, but other than that it was an excellent job. There were some valuables I left in the car, such as a radar detector, and they were untouched. Thank you.

I was excited about coming to collusion works cause they was highly recommended by my car dealership however when I came to pick up my vechical the customer service was rude and my vehical was in complete I had to leave and return back with my vehical if hadn’t been for Justin and Carissa I don’t know what I would have done Jordan was nice also but Justin and Carissa making sure my vehical was fixed properly .
