My car is filled with dust after the repair. And even though they claim they were going through the QA process and final check, my car seat is half folded, no one cares enough to straighten it up. And there is half roll of tape left in my car.
Given the ice storm for the past couple days, I have not had an opportunity to examine the repair jobs in detail yet.

My initial quote for repairs was 3-4 days. I knew that it would be longer than that, and my insurance covered up to 30 days of a rental car.
My car was at Collision works for almost 6 weeks. Yes, Collision Works covered the extra rental, and deducted $100 off of my deductible, but this seems like an extraordinary amount of time for a car to be there.

My only complaint is that this automated text came in at 7 a.m. on s Saturday morning. These should be set to automatically send at noon rather than waking people up.

Service was great and i got my vehicle back earlier than scheduled. My only problem was that they over charged my card when i paid causing my bank account to become negative.

I was satisefied overall. My answer was NO, because the right rear bumper clip was still sticking out and loose when I picked up my car. I pointed it out to my service advisor, who had his tech screw it back down. Other than the loose clip, I was satisfied with the repair job.

It took to long to get started on the repairs and to return the vehicle back do to your car transport breaking down both times. It cost me extra on the car rental.

I don’t get to see or pick up my car until Tuesday 4 days from now. I requested no text messages yet you send two or three every day. This particular text message I received at 7:00am on Saturday morning while I am on vacation was certainly thoughtful. I hope your body work is better then your customer harassing I would not give my cell carrier to prevent these texts
