I have never taken the time out to post a review before. However, my customer service experience at Jost Auto Body was so exceptional that I had to tell somebody. Five years ago I was in an accident and had several panels replaced on the exterior of my car. As time went on I noticed that parts of my red car were beginning to fade and turn pink. I brought my car back to Jost Garage and they told me they guaranteed their work and would repaint it, free of charge (5 years later!). That’s not the amazing part. After going through their records it turns out that they had done excellent work 5 years prior. All the work they had done was perfect and it was the factory panels that were fading. But they stood by their word, repainted my car anyway and didn’t charge me a penny! Furthermore, they fixed my driver side window for half the price that a close family friend had quoted me. Barry and his team at Jost did an excellent job and my car looks brand new! They were so friendly and helpful. They got my car back to me promptly and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. You can tell that this is a family run business, because they treat their customers like relatives. This is hands down the best customer experience I’ve had in my entire life and I recommend that everyone take their business to Jost Auto Body on Rt.138 East in Belmar, NJ.
