Gail checked me in and was delightful to work with. Eric checked my Honda in to be repaired and assured me that the repairs would meet my standards. They broke my exhaust and there were parts they removed and did not re install on my back seat. Also they took a week longer than I was told

The repair looks flawless! I received my car a day earlier than anticipated and they even detailed it for me! Customer service kept me informed the whole time about how far along the repair process was and called me as soon as I could pick it up. Thank you Service King!!

I will be sending photos to the insurance company because I believe small lines are on the bumper that were not there before sending in my car. The door trim is loose and my door is not lined up correctly. I was informed that my car was supposed to be clean and vaccumed from the insurance company -the only parts of my car that were clean was the parts repaired. Is this normal procedure only clean what is fixed. I took pictures so I can send so I can back up this claim. I liked the fact I was up dated at where my car was in the process but my car looks great where they fixed half the bumper but the other half not do much. I realize some of the damage was not attached to the accident but I do not remember some of fine lines. I will be contacting service King and State Farm because I'm not happy with the final product. The service guy was nice and they got me in sooner than the other place l I was going to go but am regretting not waiting.
