Amazing work. We couldn't see the repair. I only wish the repair could have been completed when estimated rather than tomorrow, tomorrow, ok tomorrow. Then still later than when I arrived.

The majority of my experience with Abra was good. The gentleman at the front desk area, whom I dealt with on several occasions, was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. My car looks great and I was surprised to see that the interior of my car was cleaned too. This is a nice touch ... good for Abra. The exterior of my car is sparkling so the detail department should be commended. The only negative comment I have is in regards to the last couple of days in dealing with the young lady at the utmost front desk at the Colorado Springs Tejon Street location. I found her comments on the phone to be short and boarder line rude, and this evening even accusational regarding my arrival time to pay the bill. Perhaps she could benefit from some training in customer service to assist her with the proper way to address and speak to customers. With the exception of this, I found the remaining portions of my experience at Abra outstanding and the other employees very helpful. I would recommend Abra to others. Thank you.

It would have been much more helpful to be informed of the actual damages to my vehicle before they began making repairs. They were timely but I didn't even know what had to be repaired until the night before I picked my vehicle up.

Did not have the parts when I dropped the vehicle off; took another day to get them, added a day plus the weekend, took 6 days to do a 2 day job. Would have liked the option to reschedule to when parts were in, saving almost a week of rearranging my life.

Jamie was very responsive. She kept me posted daily on the status of the repair of my vehicle. Her communications were like clock work. The entire process from the arrival of my vehicle in your shop to its return was truly a good experience. I was very much impressed with how well it all worked out. There were inconsistencies with price and time and date of completion throughout my experience. That was frustrating but the end result was great. It was also strange that the wrong part was repeatedly sent which delayed the repairs. Money off for that error would have been nice.
