There was a one week wait before my vehicle was started. I would have taken it elsewhere if I knew it'd be on wait that long. I know there was a lot of damage but feel it was unreasonably long time to wait (almost a month). I got to go pick up my vehicle but there was still damage that we talked about not being there prior to the wreck when I first left my vehicle there. I was also told my vehicle would be ready 30 minutes before they closed and had to wait for them to move 4 vehicles before they could get to mine. As I waited I payed 245, 250 deductable and 95 for 2 tires. Then Jim took me outside and showed me my car and let me look it over. The seals around my door were pooched out and Jim just pushed the seal down and it straightened. I had to point out a chunk of my tire big enough to place two fingers in, a large scratch bigger than my fingers tips to palm, and a dent in my door. The person tried to say he hadn't messed with it because he wasn't sure if it had been previous damage or not. I told him it wasn't there before the wreck. He said he'd talk to the insurance and get on it. I wanted to know how much was going to be billed to my insurance so I asked him how much it was going to be to fix it and he said 100 that it just needed messages out. I had to wait for the rental car and was called back 2 days later. Then I noticed the dent was still there and asked why. The same person as before Jim said that it looked like it wasn't consistent with any damage from my wreck...I had a big scratch below it that they repair and a little farther down a chunk out of the tire nearby. He said it looked like a shopping cart hit my vehicle. I look my vehicle over everyday and hadn't seen that dent before. I told him it wasn't there before and that I had noticed a big scratch on my driver side rear light. He was about to argue with me and started to say "well" and I cut him off with the fact the entire side had been damaged. I had also opened the driver back door and noticed water drops and condinsation. I told Jim my concern about the seal. He said it was just consdinsation and not to worry about it. But I don't want my car to leak. I wasn't happy so the manager Bryan came out while I payed a second time for my vehicle. This time 150 for 60 for one tire and 90 for another. As I payed Jim and the manager Bryan went outside. I watched as they talked and wiped the water out of the door. The papers were finished by the nice person at the front desk who asked about my experience and was the nicest person there. I walked out to my car where the two men were standing talking about my car. I interrupted them to see if Bryan knew anything about my car or just going off what Jim said. We started with the dent that Bryan said was more consitant with a door slammed into it but to me isn't consistant with that either. Baryon said he'd submit if to my insurance. He said it need to be repainted and the other door would have to be re painted so the matched. I felt they were just trying to get my money out of my insurance company instead of just focusing on doing a quality job. I went to the tail light and I showed him it and he said it could be polishe out. Jim wasn't happy about it. They said it'd take 5 minutes but in reality took 20 minutes of me sitting waiting at the waiting room. Before they took my car back to do that they said there was water in my vehicle because they washed my car. I pointed out that wasn't a reason to have water in the inside panel of my vehicle and they told me they wash out the inside panels of the car. They told me to take my vehicle and it'd be weeks before they'd be able to get back to my vehicle and they'd talk to my insurance company. The next day I took my vehicle to get an oil change from our family mechanic. He had to add air to the tires and told me there was a leak in the engine. Overall I feel they didn't care about giving a good quality job to the customer. I felt more like a paycheck than a client. To state the least I'm not satisfied with my experience and don't recommend this place to anyone.

If they would have test drove my vehicle they would have known there was still an issue with my journey. With the interstate being next to their shop I do not understand why the did not test drive to get speed up to make sure it felt right. They also put air in the tires We told them up front that there had to be nitrogen put in the tires. I was told this morning that they do not have the capability to put nitrogen in tires. But they even put my green valve stem covers on my valve covers indicating that there was nitrogen in my tires.

While your text messages that purport to give status are cute, they are not the least bit helpful. A five day repair turned unto nine and I had to call you daily to get any kind if idea what was going on, usually gaining no insight and being told you would call back (which never happened). If you had simply sent me a useful text or called, I would have been ok with extra needed time. Additionally, the final cost was in more than 10% greater than the original quote (4800 vs 4250). Some form of communication on that would have been proper before I showed up to claim my vehicle. Overall, while the work performed was good, I cannot reccomend to others that your communication is good with your customers and will probably suggest to friends they should seek service elsewhere.
