I only had the rental car for three days and my vehicle was returned in great condition, practically brand new. My visit got off to a bumpy start because of a miscommunication about my appointment (I called at noon to make one but there was no record). When the manager noticed the issue, he stepped in and eventually everything was arranged.
Other than a skeptical and unhelpful tone when I arrived, which was fixed and apologized for, I had a very positive experience.
