Certified Collision Repair

Certified Collision handled an insurance claim where they fixed damage to the outside of the passenger door on my truck. In doing so, they damaged something in the door panel that restricts the lock and power window from operating properly. The acknowledge they have caused the problem, but refuse to fix it back the way it was, blaming the issue on the age of the vehicle, dirt in the door, and other excuses. Basically they worked inside that door, and now the mechanical stuff in the door no longer works properly. I would not return to this service center, nor would I recommend anyone take their vehicle there. Evidently they can cause any kind of damage they want to your vehicle without being held responsible to make it right.
