Great job however, quality check of vehicle before I was to pick it up seemed to lack the quality part. Emblem for fender was in the car and there was a run in the paint. With that said, they fixed the issues immediately and apologized! That is why I can't complain!

I cant say what there is left to improve for your shop. I have never been treated so well before at an auto body shop. I recommend you guys to everyone I talk to. Everyone was super helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. ABRA gets a 12 out of 10 in all aspects of their business!!

My Toyota looks great. However, I have to rate your total service at a 7 out of 10. On 12/11/15 I received a call that my car would be ready that day. Who ever called said Abra would call when it was ready. I told my boss that I would have to leave about 4:30 to pick up my car when ABRA called. I kept working till 6:30. ABRA did not call. Again, on Monday 12/14/15 ABRA called again and said the car would be ready and I should wait for a call to pick it up that afternoon. Again I waited and never received the call. Finally on Tuesday 12/15/15 I received a call. ABRA said I should wait for a call and that the car would be ready that day. I received the call that afternoon and Enterprise car rental drove me to ABRA so I could pick up my Toyota. You have in house communication problems. . If I had received my car on Friday 12/11/15, I would not have had to pay for a second week of car rental. I am out an additional 110.00 because I was unable to receive my vehicle as promised.
